Russian player Mirra Andreeva (seeded 6th) will face Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk in the first round. Ekaterina Alexandrova is set to compete against fellow Russian player Liudmila Samsonova. The winners of these two matches are slated to play each other in the subsequent round.
Diana Shnaider (seeded 8th) will play against Veronika Kudermetova, who qualified through the qualifying rounds.
Anastasia Potapova will compete against Clara Tauson from Denmark. The winner of their match will advance to play against Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus, who is the top seed in the tournament.
