Lois Boisson’s Coach Sébastien Durand Praises Her Dedication

Sports News

Fitness coach Sébastien Durand shared his perspective on French tennis player Lois Boisson`s approach to training.

“In three and a half years, she has never been late for training. Her equipment is always ready, she is fully involved and never misses sessions, giving 100%. The key is the balance of strength and weight – it`s crucial for a sport where you need to change direction sharply, be enduring, and explosive simultaneously. As long as her physique doesn`t impede results, I`m fully supportive. Right now, she has enough power for correct movement and maintaining this level for a long time. As long as we keep this balance and Lois feels great, everything is fine,” Durand remarked.

Lois Boisson, ranked world No. 361, has reached her first career Grand Slam semifinal. She is set to play Coco Gauff for a place in the final.
