World No. 2 Iga Swiatek shared her thoughts on losing to Alexandra Eala in the Miami tournament quarterfinal, where she was defeated 2-6, 5-7.
During a press conference, Swiatek explained, “Some of her shots seemed to come out of nowhere. I wasn`t expecting her to hit with such a flat style. She went for broke and returned balls in a way that made it hard for me to respond effectively. She was quite relaxed and just found a good rhythm. That really helped her.”
