Daniel Evans Unhappy with Jenson Brooksby’s Handshake Comment

British tennis player Daniel Evans expressed his displeasure with American Jenson Brooksby`s remarks following their recent match in Eastbourne.

Brooksby won the quarterfinal encounter with a score of 6-2, 6-3. During the customary post-match handshake at the net, Brooksby reportedly told Evans, “Good match.”

Evans` reaction was a distinct frown, to which he responded bluntly, “Not for me.”

The British player then appeared to voice further complaints, seemingly directed at both the umpire and Brooksby, presumably regarding the American`s comment. Brooksby, however, reacted with a smile and was heard saying, “I didn`t do anything like that.”
