Six-time Grand Slam champion, Boris Becker, commented on what he sees as the main issue for the world number eight, Italian Lorenzo Musetti.
According to Becker, “Musetti is a fantastic tennis player, but sometimes it feels like he doesn`t even realize it himself. He`s having an outstanding clay court season so far: he reached the semifinals [in Rome], where he lost to Alcaraz, but he could have taken the second set. He troubled his opponent; there were breaks and counter-breaks. He just doesn`t fully believe in himself; he needs more self-confidence,” Becker is quoted by Ubitennis.
