World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka shared her feelings regarding her performance at Wimbledon and her ultimate goal. Following her fourth-round victory over Elise Mertens with a score of 6-4, 7-6(4), Sabalenka spoke about her emotions.
In an on-court interview, the Belarusian player expressed her gratitude and ambition: “First of all, guys, it`s so nice to feel your support. Today it really felt like you were on my side. With your support, anything is possible. Wimbledon is such an amazing tournament, I`ve always dreamed of winning it.”
